Why our method works

I know it seems almost impossible to learn the piano, but I am here to tell you that you can do it, and even more importantly – I will show you by being your personal instructor for the popular songs that you wish to learn! Who really wants to learn that boring stuff that everyone else is forcing you to play? I am here to prove to you that playing the piano is fun because you can play the songs that you love already!

I began playing piano and taking lessons when I was 8 years old, and at the time I hated it because I was being forced to do it, and was learning songs that no one has ever heard of. Stop wasting money on piano lessons that teach you boring theory! I lost interest and quit for many years until I heard the song Clocks by Coldplay. This sparked my interest to begin playing popular music and the rest is history!

My philosophy is that I can show you what keys to play and the best fingers to use! You do not need to know how to read sheet music. Sheet music simply tells you each and every note in a confusing format and then you must translate it down to your fingers; this causes you to constantly look up at the sheet music and back down again at your fingers. This is the main reason why most people cannot play songs without sheet music – they rely on it too much. What fun is it to go somewhere and not be able to play simply because you don’t have the sheets? Each of my videos teach you to have a memory based mainly on feel and visuals. After you learn a song, you will be ready & able to play it anywhere!
